TEFL Course In Phuket, Thailand
The bustling island of Phuket, located in the emerald-blue waters of the Andaman Sea, is the tourist mecca of Thailand. This island, the largest in the country, boasts crystal-clear waters, colorful coral reefs, long stretches of beaches, and sublime rock formations. The famed Phi Phi and Similan Islands and Pha Nga Bay are also easily accessible from Phuket.
TEFL Training Center - Phuket
Our fully-equipped training center is located on Patong beach, the main tourist resort area in Phuket. Aside from its 3.5-Kilometer stretch of beach, Patong is famed for being the center of shopping and nightlife, so you will be based near all sorts of entertainment and amenities. We limit classes to a maximum of 12 trainees, ensuring adequate time can be spent with each trainee throughout the course. During the 2-week course, evenings and weekends are usually free, so you'll have plenty of time to explore the local culture, beaches, nightlife and all Phuket has to offer. You will, however, have some homework assignments to complete.
The TEFL Course In Phuket
You must complete the online TEFL course before you arrive in Thailand. This means you will have completed most of the grammar and theory modules before you arrive at Phuket so that you can focus on the more practical aspects of the course while you’re here, such as teaching practice with Thai students at a local government school or orphanage. You'll also enjoy a more relaxed learning experience on the island and have more free time to chill out and embrace this amazing tropical paradise!
Accommodation
Our students will have safe, private accommodation with cable TV, refrigerator, air-conditioning, a comfortable bed, a bathroom, and WiFi Internet. Our hotels are close to the beach, shopping, nightlife and other amenities. Once you confirm your place on the course, our staff will book your accommodation in Phuket. You should also take a look at www.agoda.com, which offers outstanding deals.
An accommodation surcharge of 10,000 Baht ($300) applies to all Premium Plus courses that start or end in Nov, Dec, Jan, Feb and is payable upon check in. Alternatively you should look at our Koh Samui location, which does not incur any surcharge.
